Yessss!!! I used to have terrible social anxiety, and I’ve seen such an improvement since switching to keto. I mean, I’m still an awkward weirdo sometimes, but I like to think that’s part of my unique charm… 😂

I can’t get over what a difference keto has made for my anxiety also 💚 I still feel those stress waves come, but I feel in control of them rather than consumed.
Diet and meditation have been game changers for me as well. ❤️ GABA support supplements, acupuncture and yoga have also done wonders. But, in my experience it’s the things you do every day or consistently that change your health and who you are. I hope everyone continues to get relief.
Ditto. I intermittent fast, cycle keto all the time. Meaning I eat carbs and then stop repeatedly and am okay with it. But consistently I fast til noon – 2pm and load up on healthy fats. It’s made a huge difference in how I feel. Also my spiritual practice has helped as well. I still drink coffee.
Yes, keto has vastly improved my anxiety – im so impressed!
